Xiaomi Set to Launch Redmi Note 13 Series Globally in January 2023: Pricing, Features, and Specs Revealed

Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Redmi Note 13 series on a global scale, with its debut in the Indian market scheduled for the first week of January. The official announcement of the Redmi Note 13 lineup’s pricing in India is set for January 4th, and it is anticipated that these devices will be available in various countries worldwide.

In addition to this, leaked information from a retailer site in Europe suggests a suggested price for the top-end Redmi Note 13 Pro+ model. This provides a glimpse of the potential pricing in the global market. The Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus, positioned as the flagship model in the Note 13 series, has already been listed on various Amazon websites in Europe ahead of time. According to the listing, the price for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is set at 449 euros (approximately 40,915 rupees) in Spain and Italy. Meanwhile, in France and the Netherlands, the device is expected to be available for 499 euros (around 45,470 rupees). The smartphone will be presented in three color options: Midnight Black, Moonlight White, and Aurora Purple. The first two colors will feature glass panels, while the Aurora Purple variant will come with a leather back.

In terms of specifications, the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus boasts a 6.67-inch 1.5K (2,712 x 1,220 pixels) curved OLED display with a centered punch-hole cutout. This 10-bit panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra chipset, paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Running on MIUI 14, based on Android 13, the smartphone ensures a user-friendly experience.

In the realm of photography and videography, the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus features an impressive camera setup on the rear panel, including a 200-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide unit, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front side, the device houses a 16-megapixel selfie camera, ideal for selfies and video calls. Powering the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus is a substantial 5,000mAh battery, supporting rapid replenishment through 120W wired charging. Additional features include an IP68 dust and water resistance rating, an in-screen fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, and an IR blaster.
