MP Harda Blast: Massive Fire Blast at Harda Factory Updates on Factory Blast and Rescue Efforts

MP Harda Fire Blast in Factory: A Major Incident in Harda District of Madhya Pradesh has occurred, where a blast in a fireworks factory in the city has resulted in a fierce fire engulfing more than 50 homes. After the explosion, people were seen running here and there in panic. There are concerns about the possibility of deaths in the incident. The blast was so intense that it startled people suddenly. It’s reported that the factory stored gunpowder, which fueled the fire rapidly.

Fire Breaks out in Fireworks Factory in MP Harda

The fireworks factory where the fire broke out is located near Magardha Road. There was a large quantity of gunpowder stored in the factory, and on Tuesday morning, a powerful explosion occurred, leading to a devastating fire. The fire was so intense that it engulfed more than 50 homes, rapidly spreading chaos throughout the area. People are astonished to see the flames and smoke billowing from the factory.

Information about the incident prompted the dispatch of fire brigade vehicles to the scene, and an alert has been issued to the entire city administration. The cause of the fire is not clear yet, but the intensity of the blaze has made it a significant event.

200 People Injured – Harda MLA

Meanwhile, Congress MLA Ram Kishor Dogne from Harda informed that around nine people have lost their lives in the factory blast incident. Additionally, approximately 150 to 200 people have been injured. He mentioned that about 40 seriously injured individuals have been referred to better medical facilities in Bhopal. The MLA held the administration responsible for the incident, questioning why attention wasn’t paid to the factory operating in residential areas.

Fire Brigade Vehicles Summoned from Nearby Districts

The fire is so severe that fire brigade vehicles have been summoned from all neighboring districts including Narmadapuram, Bhopal, Betul, and Sehore, while more than 35 ambulances from these districts have also been dispatched to the scene. Harda Collector Rishi Garg and SP Sanjeev Kumar Kanchan are overseeing the situation. Currently, the administration in Harda is fully active as there are reports of a large number of casualties in this incident.

CM Informed about the Incident

It’s reported that a large quantity of illegal gunpowder was stored in the factory, and when it caught fire, many houses fell victim to it. It’s also reported that people around the factory have been affected, and news of several fatalities is emerging. CM Mohan Yadav has also been briefed about the incident. He has sought information from senior officials regarding the incident. The administration in Harda has initiated rescue operations.

CM Calls Emergency Meeting

After the incident in Harda, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has called for an emergency meeting. He has directed Minister Rao Uday Pratap Singh to immediately head to Harda, along with several senior officials. Instructions have been issued to prepare the burn unit in Bhopal and Indore as it is estimated that a large number of people have been injured in this incident. Directions have also been issued to nearby districts to join relief and rescue efforts.

CM Mohan Yadav has instructed Cabinet Minister Uday Pratap Singh, ACS Shri Ajit Kesari, and DG Home Guard to immediately reach Harda by helicopter. Teams from NDRD, SDRF, and fire brigades from nearby cities are being dispatched. The CM emphasized on ensuring the best possible treatment for the injured, with priority given to arranging burn unit facilities in Bhopal and Indore. He stated that providing the best medical care to the injured is our top priority.
